Mothers Day Jewelry Options

When we think of giving mom or grandma jewelry for Mother’s Day, we tend to think of a birthstone ring or pendant. While that can be a great gift, it isn’t the only type of jewelry you can give her. Here are a few ideas whether you have given her the traditional ring/pendant or not.

·       Diamonds by the Yard Necklace: It is easy to forget that your mom isn’t just a mom. The fact that she has been a good one to you is because she didn’t lose herself.  So celebrating the woman she is, is very appropriate with a diamonds by the yard necklace. It lets her sparkle every day and think of you!   

·       Initial Pendant: Each child can have their own charm with their initial that mom can wear on one necklace. If you make each charm shape different, it will look best and differentiate each child.  This is a great option that can be passed down to each child at a later time. 

·       Kids Favorite Color: We tend to think of using a child’s birthstone as representative of them, but you can choose a gemstone of your child’s favorite color instead!  I think it is a better representative of their own personality and likes, which of course, makes mom think of them.

·       Stackable Rings: Find individual stackable rings to represent each child and wear together, stacked, on one finger. You can mix ring styles, colored gemstones, and diamonds together to create a unique stack to your family.  This works best for 2-4 kids because wearing more than 4 rings on a finger may not be comfortable.  Of course, you can spread them out on different fingers!
